Winter training and conditioning gives you the competitive edge in the Spring. Take advantage of this opportunity to work on fundamental mechanics building a solid foundation for the upcoming season. Collegiate style instruction is the focus for all camps and clinics.

Our camps are designed to teach the basic fundamentals to improve each player to compete at a higher level.

Catchers Clinic
Everything from the basic fundamentals to the advanced technique used at the collegiate level will be taught in this clinic. At this clinic you will learn how to properly frame each type of pitch. The players will execute proper footwork and throwing technique to enhance their ability to throw base runners out. The participants will also learn how to become a complete catcher and how to work on different drills throughout the year to maintain their skill level.

Winter and Summer Hitting Academy
The purpose of the Hitting Academy is to allow each participant to maintain or improve their hitting mechanics. Each player will be given instruction that will allow them to maintain proper balance and improve bat speed. Each participant will be taught different techniques. The Academy will teach each player techniques that will enhance their personal swing. The Academy will allow the individuals the opportunity to become a complete hitter during the off season so they will perform at a higher level during their competitive season. The Academy will take place Saturday mornings.
