Training and Conditioning
Committed to developing a complete athlete Grand
Slam 2 offers a selection of strength and conditioning programs
in addition to general fitness and athletic workouts. Individualized
programs will be designed to meet your personal needs.
Pitching
and Throwing
Our foremost priority is to develop the proper throwing mechanics
to prevent injury and improve arm strength. This is achieved through
the proper selection of drills and reinforcing arm positions and
body placement.
Hitting
Lessons
Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable in hitting techniques
used to improve balance and bat speed.
