Background
The Tidewater Bombers Baseball Program consists of teams competing at different age groups both locally and nationally. The program is committed to providing the baseball athletes with top instruction that will allow them to become the most complete players possible.

Our goal is to prepare each player to compete at the middle school, high school or college level. Each player will be expected to maintain proper academic requirements. The concept of hard work, time management and respect are very important to maintaining the high standards expected by the Tidewater Bomber Program. Very minimal travel.

Mission Statement
The Tidewater Bomber Baseball Organization is devoted to creating a positive environment while teaching the proper fundamentals to the participants. All decisions will be made keeping the best interest of the team top priority. Our goal is to prepare each player for their school team. The Tidewater Bomber Organization will demand each player represent the organization in a respectful and professional manner at all times. The implementation of conditioning, technique, discipline and desire should make the Bomber Team very competitive at each level.

Policy and Procedure
Needed to participate as a player of the Bombers:

  • Copy of your Birth Certificate
  • Copy of your personal insurance card
  • Grand Slam 2 waiver and release form filled out completely
  • AAF Health Assessment form filled out completely
  • PLAYER CONTRACT SIGNED AND DATED
  • ALL OTHER TIDEWATER BOMBER HANDBOOK FORMS FILLED OUT AND COMPLETED
  • Uniform order form filled out completely with check payable to Grand Slam 2.
    (Please copy these forms from Bomber Handbook so you have an extra copy).
  • The Tidewater Bomber Program requires a one year committment for all player to participate.

Expenses

  • $30.00 annual fee for team insurance
  • $30.00 annual fee for baseballs
  • $90.00 monthly cage rental fee
  • TBA umpire fees to be split equally among parents
  • TBA tournament fees to be split equally among parents.
